SHUP: Don't say "bad words".

Who is Des?

Destiny Bautista (just call them Des, they/them) is a professional bystander. It's their job, snce they call photography, “making ‘music’”, and pretending to be a poet hobbies. Betcha didn't know that they can code... 😏

What is SHUP?

It's because Des's mom thinks that "shut up" is a bad word, but since they want to piss off their religious and somewhat-super-strict upbringing, they decicded that the stupidest sh*t that their mother said should be their website name.

I also learned recently that "shup" is (I'm not linking anything):

• a webshop app on Google Play (i wish i have one tbh but f*ck fame)
• an HTML parser (like who needs that)
• a 1976 screenplay
• yes, an actual UK slang

so it's no big surprise that my site may not be that recognizable, which is alright...

What are you doing?

Hmm... as of writing this (December 17, 2024), I am awating 2025 to begin, so that I can start my 365 photography challenge. But beyond that... I don't know. Who knows? I'll do something, eventually.
